As a specialised big and bulky home delivery crew we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our crews and customers. Crews are equipped with the necessary personal protection equipment and all vehicles are fitted with cleaning wipes/disinfected hand sanitizer, which our crews use before after every delivery. All vehicles/crews are inspected before departure from the depot to ensure work clothes are clean and crews are not showing any symptoms of the virus. We make sure to keep the same crews together in the same truck. A contactless system for delivery reduces the risk of cross contamination and ensures the safety of both customers and crews.
Our crews are briefed each morning on the importance of managing the elderly and those who are vulnerable. We make sure that all packaging is removed, and that the delivery is left in a place that the customer can manage without risk of injury themselves. Our crews have the expertise and equipment to move large bulky items into and out of households along with the necessary training to manage customer expectations.
